01Do we need a custom system, or is Odoo enough?
For most companies, Odoo or a ready-made system for their sector is enough, and costs less. We recommend a custom system when your operations are genuinely different. We'll give you our honest view during discovery.
02Is our current system FATOORA-compliant?
We review your system, tell you what's missing for Phase 2, and either integrate it or suggest an alternative.
03How do we move our old data across?
We extract data from your old system or Excel files, clean it, migrate it, and reconcile it with you before the old system is switched off.
04Will our staff be able to use it?
Training is part of the project, and we design screens to be simple for each user according to their role.
05Can the system work in both Arabic and English?
Yes. Interfaces, reports and invoices can be bilingual, which suits mixed teams and ZATCA's Arabic invoice requirements.
