One system for your sales, customers, inventory and accounts
When every department has its own system or Excel file, nobody sees the full picture. An ERP brings your operations into one place, and a CRM keeps every customer and every sales opportunity under follow-up.

The difference between ERP and CRM
- ERP (enterprise resource planning): manages internal operations: accounting, inventory, purchasing, HR and manufacturing.
- CRM (customer relationship management): manages customers and sales: leads, quotes, sales rep follow-up and customer service.
Most companies need both, connected to each other.

| Custom system | When your operations are genuinely different and no ready-made system fits |

FAQ
01Odoo or a custom system?
In most cases Odoo is enough and costs less. We only recommend a custom system when your operations don't fit any ready-made one.
02Does Odoo support Arabic and Saudi invoicing?
It supports Arabic and can be set up for e-invoicing in line with ZATCA requirements.
03How long does implementation take?
It depends on the number of departments and the data. We recommend implementing in phases: one or two departments first, then the rest.
